The Royal on Ninety-Nine is a circa 2016 architecturally designed two-storey hotel. The ground floor comprises a large bistro with a bar, cafe and dining amenities, central sports bar with TAB facilities, indoor/outdoor gaming area and a sports bar. The second floor features a cocktail and events bar with front facing balcony, beer garden with pool tables, covered outdoor entertainment area, and a dedicated children’s activity room.
Roma, a rural town in the Maranoa, is 420 km west of Brisbane and is situated at the junction of the Warrego and Carnarvon highways. A major provisional centre of South West Queensland for government and industry business, it sits on the western fringe of the Surat Basin energy and resources boom. The hotel was significantly damaged by flooding in Lismore in early 2022 and is currently undergoing repairs so that it can once again provide a food and beverage offering to the community of Lismore.
