WHO WE ARE

Waratah Funds Management Limited exists to generate competitive investment returns for investors in a diversified portfolio of Australian hotel and leisure assets.

Since 2009, Waratah (formerly Pelathon) has built its reputation as a market leader in the Australian pub sector under private investment, before opening its doors to a wider retail network via the Waratah Hotel Group and acquisition of its AFSL.

With our expertise and proven track record in pub and accommodation management, we identify deep-value investment opportunities and drive returns from an operational level. Portfolio diversification and prudent use of debt help deliver these returns to investors via a lean and transparent funds management structure.

Waratah values its responsibility as a trustee of our investors’ capital, which sits alongside directors’ own capital.  Quite simply, our goal is to use our specialist expertise to grow our investment together.
