Darren is a seasoned hotel industry professional with more than 30 years of ownership and operational experience.

He served as Director and Responsible Manager at Tankstream Capital during the establishment of the Tankstream Pub and Leisure Fund, now Waratah Hotel Group.

Darren’s expertise spans hotel operations, investment fund management and hotel portfolio management. His strategic leadership and hands-on experience have played an important role in the success and growth of Waratah Hotel Group.

David is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of accounting, business and taxation experience.

In 2010, he established his own chartered accounting practice, providing accounting, taxation and consulting services to a broad range of clients.

David has extensive experience across the media, entertainment, hospitality and security industries, including asset sales, acquisitions, business integrations, public listings and takeovers.

Jo has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry, including more than 10 years as a senior economist at St.George Bank.

She holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney, a Master of Economics from Macquarie University and an Associate Diploma in Hospitality Management from Ryde TAFE.

Jo’s qualifications and experience provide her with a deep understanding of financial markets, economic conditions, interest rates, industry trends and the hotel and accommodation sectors.
