WARATAH CAPITAL GROWTH FUND
Waratah Capital Growth Fund was established in 2019 with the acquisition of its seed asset, Cookie’s Lounge Bar at the Bakehouse Quarter in North Strathfield, Sydney. The Fund acquired Rambutan Boutique Hotel, Townsville, in February 2020.
The portfolio aims to deliver long term capital growth through operational initiative and financial structuring. The Fund is currently closed to investment.
